Texas Riding Academy Lesson Levels

The Little Tykes class is a 45 minute private class tailored for children ages 5 and 6 years old. Students will learn grooming, tacking, leading, mounting/dismounting, speed control while riding, steering, and untacking.  $75/per class

The foundations class is a 60 minute private class. Students will learn grooming, tacking, leading, mounting/dismounting, speed control while riding, steering, and untacking. To graduate from the Foundations level, students must perform all tasks and either meet or exceed expectations on all skills.

$85/per class

After graduating from the Foundations class, students will start the Beginner class. Students will continue reviewing the fundamentals from the Foundation class as well as expanding their skills on and off the horse. To graduate from the Beginner level, students must perform all tasks and either meet or exceed expectations on all skills.

60 minutes / $85 per lesson

Our Intermediate classes are for students who have mastered the basics of the Foundation and Beginner classes and are ready to take their riding further. To graduate from the Intermediate level, students must perform all tasks and either meet or exceed expectations on all skills.

60 minutes/ $85 per lesson

Our Advanced classes are for riders that have mastered the Intermediate 

riding skills. 

Private Lesson: 60 minutes/ $85 per lesson

The Masters class are for students who have mastered all levels and have an interest in showing. Please talk to your instructor for more details.
